Question by : Can bad posture be bad for your health?
When I sit indian style, which is a lot, i start with a straight back.
But then I find I slouch over quick.
I’ll sit like that for about half an hour, then my lower back gets stiff, and I sit up right again to relieve the tension.
I’ll also turn around and stretch, like I”m humping the floor, but just stretching my back up….
I’m looking into getting a small floor chair, that has a back support.
But then again, I try to be as active as possible, so I try not to sit so much, but when I do, how do I make it comfortable, in a healthy or proper way?
