I usually sit crossed-legged on my bed when I use laptop, but then my legs get tired.
Then I end up sitting on the corner of my bed.
I feel as if I am straining my back.
What is the proper way to sit on bed with laptop for good posture.

Answer by anacrostic the best way to use any computer is with it on a firm desk or table and you sitting with feet flat on floor and back straight. Every 20 minutes look away from the screen for 20 seconds at an object 20 feet away. You are definitely straining your back all hunched over and straining your eyes if you don’t rest them periodically.

Answer by Johnny Every 30 minutes (or atleast 1 hour) when you are sitting you should stretch your arms to up, side and down. You could also do a couple of jumping jacks. Don’t worry, you’ll get your posture well in a few days.

Although I recently lost 50 pounds, I’m still a plus size girl. Because of my weight loss, my breasts have become a little saggy and they are still big and heavy. It’s almost impossible trying to find a bra comfortable for me. I would like to find a bra that will lift the girls, but also find something that will smooth my sides and back. If it’s possible, I would love to get bra that actually has full back coverage because of my posture. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

My college auditions are coming up, and I really want to make my breathing stronger before I do them. Literally, my breathing is just weak. I have good posture, and I try to bring in as much air as I can, but I’m never able to sustain it and it also just feels like there isn’t that much air there in the first place. Any advice?
