I’m a 15 year old boy and I have a hunch back and narrow shoulders. I naturally dont have broad shoulders but I think my excessive computer use made them look even smaller and also gave me a hunchback. I’ve already gone into swimming and I’m looking for exercises I can do at home that will correct my posture.
