Whatever the reason it puts stress on the lower back and spine, you don’t want to practice that, so
stand tall, and sit up straight.

I’m a girl, 16 years old, and I’m kind of short.. 5’1″ 
Also, is there still time for me to grow maybe a couple of inches?

It won’t necessarily make you grow because growth is dependent upon the bones… but it will make you appear more confident and slightly taller. Good posture helps your body too.

I don’t stand up straight at all, i there anything i can do to stop myself from slouching?
This is a little embarrassing, but I sometimes think that my large breasts make standing straight harder… but i’ve heard if you get the right bra it can help with posture.
I mean it could just be as simple as i’m lazy, or my back isn’t strong enough to stay straight for long and i just need to build a little muscle

I know this sounds sorta funny, but try getting a small back brace (acts as a corset) to wear under your clothing. This could help.
